Ingredients: 

½ cup (125 mL) unfiltered apple juice,
1 Tbsp (15 mL) fresh ginger peeled,
1 Tbsp (15 mL) chia seeds,
2 tsp (10 mL) fresh squeezed lemon juice,
½ cup ice (125 mL) - 2 cubes,

Place all ingredients into a blender and liquify. Drink immediately!
