Ingredients: 1 cup (250 mL) Tamari or soy sauce 1 cup (250 mL) Mirin 1 cup (250 mL) Sake 2 Tbsp (30 mL) sugar Method: Place all ingredients in a small pot and gently heat just until the sugar is dissolved. Pour into a sealable glass bottle and store in the fridge. Variations: Taste all of your ingredients to see how the flavours might combine. Add more or less sugar based on how sweet the Mirin is. ingredients:

  • 1 cup (250 mL) Tamari  or soy sauce

  • 1 cup (250 mL) Mirin

  • 1 cup (250 mL) Sake

  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) sugar

Method::

  1. Place all ingredients in a small pot and gently heat just until the sugar is dissolved.

NOTES:
